Scroll is pleased to present Under The Same Skin, a solo exhibition of new works by Nastaran Shahbazi, opening Thursday, September 10 from 6-8pm at 291 Grand Street. This is the artist's second solo exhibition with the gallery.

Born in 1982 in Tehran, Nastaran Shahbazi lives and works in Paris, France. Shahbazi's work first debuted in the US at The Hole in January 2023, as part of the group show The Midnight Hour, curated by Scroll. She had her first US solo exhibition, To The Butterflies, with Scroll in Fall 2023. Shahbazi has also exhibited with V1 Gallery, Copenhagen; Ojiri Gallery, London; and Galería Pelaires, Palma.
